Jakarta - Bandung 2014

ok. baru belek2 entry yang berstatus 'draft'.
hahaha. gila berhabuk entry ni.
takpe lah. nak share punya pasal.
saya publish juga la.
same old, same old.
annual trip to Jakarta/Bandung.
only this year we didnt managed to get tickets because of little Noah.
tapi takpe.
baca dulu yang last year.
muahahaha

January 30th, 2014 to February 2nd, 2014

and again.
we went.
this time around with pak usu clan.

as usual, we booked ahead of time. for our hari wilayah-chinese new year holiday.
we wanted to experience MAS so we took flight to Jakarta instead of AirAsia straight to Bandung.

and guess what?
i was declared pregnant. pftt.
people in the office started to scold me for being insensitive because at that time i was only 8 weeks. with the doctor's permission, off we go to Jakarta.
my morning (and evening and night) sickness that time was at the worst.
to much of our delight, it took us 5 hours to reached Bandung since we arrived around the CNY holiday.
yes. "enjoyable" trip indeed!

this time around it was not fun as i need to sit, eat and smell my vicks. all the time.
equipped with my loyal package of kurma, milk, water and vicks/minyak cap kapak, i do the shopping basically on a couch (at Pasar Baru). managed to get us two pair of baju. another set of prada lace and baju melayu for yana's wedding next year. duit banyak lebih woo kali ni. bawak balik around RM600! Haha.

we stayed at rumah tawa. a very small, 3 storey dutch bungalow with many rooms. and of course with the help of our favourite supir, pak budi. we went to tangkuban parahu and other usual spots such as pasar baru, countless outlets and ayah's favourite minang/padang restaurants.

chillax area

the last night, we stayed at amaris thamrin city, jakarta city centre. about half an hour drive from the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (plus an hour if macet).
one thing we regret : we arrived so late in jakarta, the malls are all closed. and the next day we need to catch the earliest flight to go back.
i love jakarta city. it is a bit overwhelming due to the macet, but definitely, i'll be back.

it is now already third month of 2015.

never imagined i would neglect this space this long.

and i am very well.

and i am a mother to my beautiful son, Noah!

he is now 23weeks old. in a week time, he'll be 6 months.
