- O Malley (George) died. yes he's dead, people. Love the funeral scene when izzie had on a very nice head scarf. All of them were laughing together because the women that George saved (by jumping out in front of the bus-and die) cry so bad - mengatasi kawan-kawan dia.
- Stevens (Izzie) is recovered (not cured) from cancer. She's married to Karev (Alex) and lived together in Derek's trailer. Sebab? sila rujuk fakta no.3.
- Shepherd (Derek) & Grey (Meredith) married on a post-it sticker. They use sex as therapy for the lost of George sehinggakan mereka menghalau housemates, si Izzie dan Alex.
- Yang (Christina) & Hunt (Owen) is working things out between them. Gi jumpa kaunselor - sebab mereka belum 'tidur' bersama kerana paranoia Hunt tak sudah2 lagi. asik nak cekik Yang.
- Torres (Callie) & Robbins (Arizona) is heating things up. At first Callie moved to another hospital because she had a fight with the Chief but returned back to Seattle Grace (selepas 2 episod kot).
- Seattle Grace merged with Mercy West - kerana masalah economy dunia dan terpaksa membuang half pekerja-pekerja hospital.
- Mercy West is full with hot attendings. Contohnya - Dr. Harper Avery (remember him in Rihanna's music video, Russian Roulette?)
- Izzie lari dari Karev.
- Meredith kena operate dan mendermakan sebahagian daripada livernya.
- i cried last nite (like a baby, demmit) while watching Episode 8 - Invest In Love. Yes. Cried over the death of Wallace, a boy who's suffering some kind of a bowel disease. :P
- ingat tak Kim Raver - ala yang berlakon sebagai Nico Reilly. the one with the toy boy? hahaha. she is the newly cardio god on this season of Grey's Anatomy. wuhuuuuuuuuu.
- Mark Sloan - ada anak umur 18 tahun. woot woot. he moved in with Little Grey (Lexie). Lexie ok je. makin chomel.
