Here are few pictures for our team building last weekend. it was fun even my whole body ache (dah lama tak menggerakkan kaki dan tangan secara vigorously menyebabkan urat2 terkejut. hahaha)

the first nite activity was Night Walk. we walked about 15 minutes in group with a candlestick and were dropped at certain points all by ourselves. (kata baru balik DeePeeYea) so takdelah takut sangat. tapi tanak cakap besar, so duk diam2 ajelah. we were given a plain paper and a pencil to draw anything that we had in mind (while in the dark!). malam tu panas, aktiviti habis around 2 am, balik bilik dan terus mandi..zzzz
.
the next day we started off very, very early. around 5 am we assembled in Tun Teja Hall for our Suboh prayer and kuliyyah Suboh. Fasya and me managed to snoozed for about half an hour while listening to the kuliyyah. hahaha. then we headed to the field for our work-out. Unfortunately for us, the audio system was broken and we were accompanied by our own voice counting up and down the routines.

then we had breakfast and get to our rooms quickly for a bath and next activity. It was an outdoor activity. Dinasour Egg. It was Friday and while the guys went for Friday prayer, the girls were napping.

and the part that i got myself BURNT was the afternoon/evening session. we were told to built a raft that will accomodate all 8 of us to get a buoy (tengah laut, tengah TERIK!!). it ended with victory goes to Delta.
.
while the rest went back to their rooms, few of us including my big boss hop in to the sand for a grueling battle of volleyball. my team lost. hahaha. i need to wear my heels la(bila dok depan jadi spiker kena jengket dan bola lari camtu je!).
.
that nite the people from the Paint Ball company came and introduced the game. semua excited. me? biasa je. dah lama tak main so i was a bit excited dan takut. hehe
.
that nite i can't sleep due to the huge amount of jeruk betik di makan semasa dinner. fasya kat sebelah maintain je lelap. huhu.
.
pagi2 bute dah gerak. kuliyyah subuh yang the day before ada 20 orang, pagi sabtu tu ada 6 orang je muslimah. yang lain masih berselimut. around 7 am we already gathered at the 'war zone'. after a briefing (again!) the first team to battle were Alpha and Delta. My closest superior ended up being the first to be eliminated. but being a sportsman himself, dia sangat cool dan lawak!!! my team were battling with our enemy Charlie. we managed to get lotsa points from yours truly and KayPeeAsYew Kewangan yang power bila mengesot di dalam hutan!wuhuuuuuuu!!

closing ceremony at 12 after all of us are exhausted to the max. right after my lunch is cleared from the plate, cepat2 aku ajak si fasya balik. sambil menyanyikan lagu Pelamin Anganku Musnah, kami sampai kat Uniten jam 2 dan lepak minum cendol.

Sampai je umah, terus down sampai kul 7. haha!

itulah nukilan sepanjang kursus membina kumpulan diadakan.

so SEMANGAT jangan TAK SEMANGAT dan bukan menambah KESEMANGATAN BADAN!!!
